Four Oaks Place, Houston's premier office complex, is the focal point of the northern end of Post Oak Boulevard. The 30-story central tower, 1330 Post Oak Blvd., is flanked by two 25-story towers, Wells Fargo Tower on the east and the BHP Billiton Tower on the west. Together with 1400 Post Oak Blvd, the complex provides a total of 1.8 million square feet of prime office space. The striking glass towers stand dramatically in the midst of an open landscape, conveniently located between San Felipe Road and Loop 610, just minutes from the Galleria and downtown.
Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, Four Oaks Place is a distinguished complex of crisp, colorful buildings whose horizontally banded glass facades create an ever-changing mirror for the Houston sky.
The exterior walls, constructed of dual-pane insulated glass with reflective coating, conserve energy and soften sound transmission from the outside. The unique design of the buildings provides each floor with eight corner offices with panoramic views.
One of the most pleasing architectural aspects of Four Oaks Place is the inconspicuous, low profile parking garage. The garage is an integral part of the three high-rise towers. The garage was constructed to:
- Afford easy access through nine separate garage entrances and exits for approximately 4,200 cars that park in the garage daily.
- Minimize vertically spiraling ramps, thus reducing travel time.
- Permit unobstructed views from the lower floors and visually complement the open park atmosphere with its landscaped and tree lined roof.
